If you watched Barcelona during their glory days of winning matches back to back, then the name Dani Alves would surely ring a bell. The Brazillian is comsodered as the second most decorated footballer in the world of football with 41 trophies to his name.
The super talented Brazillian who joined Barcelona in 2006, and played for the Catalans for over a decade went on to win 3 champions league and a handful of La-liga titles during his spell at Spain.
Dani Alves is widely considered as the best right back because he was that good during his prime years, and i kept wondering why a man of such value would be reduced to a common prisoner begging for freedom in a prison near Barcelona.
Problems started for Dani Alves when he went to seek fun at a night club in Barcelona, and allegedly molested a lady sexually in the bathroom of the night club. However, Dani Alves has continuously insisted that he didn’t assault or molest the said lady. According to him; he ( Dani Alves) actually had sex with the lady in the night club’s bathroom but everything was consesual.
Dani Alves is still wallowing in prison awaiting all the charges leveled against him at the time of writing this article. If he is eventually found guilty of all the charges levvelkeled against him, then he should be spending atleast 9 years of his life behind bars.
