Small Doctor in an interview with Punch newspapers sometime ago revealed that he doesn’t smoke or drink, and don’t even engage in womanizing despite his fame. In his words; he said:

“No cap. I have been like this since like a decade ago, trust me. Even before I got Visa to any other country,” he added.
