The world is in shock today after a major plane crash in India 😭. An Air India flight (AI171) with 242 people onboard — including passengers and crew — crashed just minutes after takeoff from Ahmedabad Airport.

The Boeing 787 Dreamliner was heading to London Gatwick and took off around 1:38 PM IST. But shortly after, the plane started having problems in the air.
According to Flightradar24, the aircraft disappeared from radar at just 625 feet, and Mayday calls were sent to air traffic control.
