Alexandra Padilla, the former girlfriend of Barcelona’s teenage sensation Lamine Yamal, is experiencing a dramatic decline in her social media following, months after their highly publicized breakup.
The 2007-born Spanish influencer has reportedly lost over 100,000 followers on TikTok, a sharp reversal from the meteoric rise she enjoyed during their relationship.
Padilla’s online fame skyrocketed in July 2023, peaking at 2 million TikTok followers by August 13, after gaining an astonishing 900,000 followers within a month.
This surge coincided with the buzz surrounding her relationship with Yamal, 17, particularly during the Euro 2024, which the Blaugrana star played a key role in helping Spain lift the trophy. However, the romantic relationship between the loverbirds hit the rock few days after the Euros final. Lamine Yamal unfollowed her on all socials, and since then she’s been experiencing a decline in her social media followership.
